The Shadell Residence is an infill home on a hillside lot that had many challenges to meet land use codes and the steep grade.  The home features an open main floor living space with an elevator and HC accessible master suite  to allow for “aging in place”.  The upper floor has a guest suite and studio for creating artwork.  The landing to the stairs features a library seating area with views to the hillside.
