This project was a Brookie Architecture and Planning, Inc. project in which I was very involved.  All of the computer drafting was on ArchiCAD and much of the design was worked on with the client using the 3d capabilities of the software.   The design represents a collaboration with the client to create a stone and cedar public presence with a more modern private character.   The main house was a standard 1970’s split level we updated with complete remodel, a large Great Room addition, new Master Bath addition, and indoor Endless Pool.  The Carriage House features room for 3 vehicles, a steel circular stair, and an open guest room with a kitchen.  The Carriage House served as the main house while the main house was remodeled.
