Peregrine Point is a 24 unit townhome complex set just below the drop off at the base of Durango Mountain Resort.  All units feature decks, with the east units facing the Needles mountain range opening up incredible mountain panoramas.  All units have indoor parking below the building as well as storage for sports equipment.  The smallest unit is just under 1,110sf and the two luxury units at the fourth floor are each 2,900sf.  The building is a part of the resort association allowing guests use of the new pool, spa and weight room at the Durango Mountain Club.
