The Fired Up Pizza restaurant changed locations to the former location of Hell Bent Leather at 741 Main Avenue.  The condition of the existing building was poor and needed extensive remodeling to make it marketable for a restaurant.  The main oven is a speciality appliance from Italy and weights 6000 lbs.  Care was needed to install it through the window and move over the old floor framing.  The new restaurant’s open plan with the dining and kitchen exposed to the customers has been very successful.
